Frank And Monica

A story about a man going insane.  He has every reason to be grateful but still finds dissatisfaction with life.  He attempts to fill this emptiness with fleeting pleasure.

Giving up atheism because it has lead to darkness and nihilism.  Trying to find God, passion and purpose and promising the self to not waste any more time.  Using that as a light to find love and to use that love as a guide in the darkness.

Bad News

This song was inspired by an affair with a married woman.  It is a feel good song about temptation.   When you know something is bad but know you can't look away or give it up.

Bad Love

The world is becoming saturated with information and I don't know what to believe.   I don't know who or what to trust - it becomes too much to take, but in the midst of this overwhelming whirlwind, I remember that love still exists.  It is the one thing I can hold on to.

Judah Kim is a proud Asian American Vocalist / Songwriter / Multi instrumentalist / Producer from Philadelphia Pa.  His music ranges from intimate and introspective to playful and visceral - all while maintaining a sound tethered to Indie / Alternative Rock.  Having proud immigrant parents who accomplished so much through tireless self reliance, Kim has adopted that work ethic and pride into his craft and his career.   With no label and no management, Judah Kim has been able to book national and international tours, achieve FM radio play, and license songs to various national and international television shows including: 90210 (2000’s), Shreducation, ABC X-Games, and Geordie Shore.   Noted producers / engineers on some of his work include Henry Hirsch (Lenny Kravitz), and Simon Gibson (Abbey Road Studios).  In 2020, his song "Fate" was added to the highly selective Crucial Music Publishing Catalog based in Los Angeles California.  Kim was the songwriter and lead vocalist for Philadelphia Rock acts Stonethrown, and Judah Kim & The Assassination
