Taking inspiration from many well known EDM artists and producers as well as including many Hip-Hop elements, Peace In The Moment is the artist’s prayer, asking simply for peace in the midst of trials including depression, financial need, and many other conflicts he faces.

Peace In The Moment

Originally an instrumental track that would be an introduction for JUDE's premier single "Peace In The Moment," the project that would evolve into "World Of Tomorrow" lay untouched for many months. That changed after JUDE spent time considering the condition of the world, and the evil and hardships experienced by all. Inspired, he began writing, just letting his thought process lead the way. Realizing how his written words would fit the feeling of the aforementioned intro track, he began recording his vocals onto the project.
Only a week before its release, JUDE began the process of adding the lyrics into the track and spent countless hours mixing and mastering the record together. He hopes that all listening would be encouraged and reminded that though the world can be depressing and seem like a lost cause, sooner than later that will change for the better. We can look ahead with hope to that world of tomorrow.

World Of Tomorrow

With the release of his freshman EP “Cinema,” Jude continues his search for identity with a vulnerable, heartfelt message about desiring to find identity in the midst of a corrupt world. From the soft and sincere introduction of “World Of Tomorrow” to the rousing anthem of “Backroad,”  Jude reinforces his brand as a versatile, heartfelt and honest artist.

There is a common narrative among artists of the independent creative who sacrifices all to attain their goal. 
In "Staying Up" Jude expresses his fear of falling into this state of mind, achieving whatever he envisioned as success, and then realizing he had forgotten about and lost what is truly most important in life: relationships and faith.

In essence, “Solo” is a mission statement. For Jude, its a declaration of his desire to remain unique in his craft. While being aware of what is most popular is key to surviving in any industry, he never wants that to be the deciding factor on his art. Instead, he wants break that trend and truly find his own sound and niche. 
It is also an encouragement to his listeners to find out what they are inspired by and pursue it, though everyone might be telling them to stop trying.

I can hear THE CALL, and I want to chase it. But I’m scared because THE EDGE is so close, and committing to it is miles outside the realm of comfort and stability. Finding MY PEACE in the midst of this internal struggle is difficult, because all the thoughts IN MY HEAD are constantly at war, like a WALKING CONTRADICTION. But in conclusion, I have to be content with who I am, a PAPER BIRD just trying to fly.

Up and coming artist JUDE is on a constant journey of self-discovery. Never wanting to be held in the restraints of any genre, he constantly looks for new sounds and styles with which to craft. In the creation of every song he looks to makes something fresh, original and meaningful.

Born Judah Robinson, he is an Oregon native who was raised in a small and poor community, into a pastors family. Growing up in the church, and with the help of his Christ-centered family, Judah became a believer at a young age. From a very young age, he and his six sisters all demonstrated particularly unique talent musically, which led to their enrollment in music lessons of myriad types.

Judah spent much of his early teen years creating music on his piano for fictional worlds and places he created and wrote about. This was the beginning of his compositional history. During his Junior year in High School, Judah began writing small verses and melodies to go along with them. It was around this time that he discovered GarageBand and later Logic Pro X as sources to digitally create music, and began working on many musical pieces.

On March 8th 2019, he released Peace In The Moment as his premier single under the name JUDE. Later in 2019, JUDE released his second single "World Of Tomorrow," a song dedicated to looking forward with hope into the future, when all that was made wrong will be made right.

In Fade City, Jude encourages his listeners to recognize their achievements and see the progress made. He urges them to look haters in the eye with the statement "You say what you want but the odds with me."

A year after his premier as a recording artist, JUDE gets ever closer to finding his signature sound. Filled with introspective lyrics and intricate wordplay, “Statement” gives listeners a better glimpse into JUDE’s mind as he sheds light on his development as a musician in a prayer-like manner.
