Probably about 10 years old now. Something I put together using the program Reason.
Quite pleased with the funky bass part, may use it somewhere else.

Heart Of Stone

Another old track circa 2003. Created using software like Reason, Re Cycle and Sound Forge.
It's an improvised track based around the electric piano riff. I quite like the sequenced synth sounds.

Tiny Retreat

This is two different tracks edited together. 
"Last Night" was an attempt to do something like "An American Prayer" but it didn't quite turn out that way. The synth noises were created using a Yamaha DX21 synth, I think. The second track, "The Whore of Babylon" was created using drum loops from Reason and some guitar and bass loops I played live.

This is a little recording exercise I set for myself. I posted an update on Facebook asking my friends to suggest a song for me to cover. I went with the very first song that was requested and gave myself six hours to learn, record and mix this track. It was loads of fun to do and I'm quite pleased with the results. Instruments: Bass guitar, drums, acoustic guitar, electric guitar.

"Me and Bobby McGee" is a song written by Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster.
This song was made famous by Janis Joplin and has been covered by many artists, my favourite being Jerry Lee Lewis. Here is my version, I hope you enjoy it.

I'm a multi-instrumentalist and singer. I write my own music but also enjoy learning other people's songs. I've been recording and playing live music since the mid 80's. 
I currently perform as a solo artist, as part of a duo and also play bass in a tribute band, Viva Morrissey.  I'm also a busker and have travelled all over making music on the streets.  So far I've had quite a varied musical career and have been part of many different musical groups and circus acts.  My best memories include performing at the Glastonbury Festival and supporting artists such as Bjork, Morrissey and Joe Strummer. My love of music is lifelong and gets deeper by the day. There's still so much that I want to do.  Here's to the magic of music and the pleasure it brings to our lives.
