Losing My Religion - REM cover

Here's a little outtake from an original session I recorded for my friend Michael Thwaites.  He sprang into song in between takes of his original material.. and Rod (who's voice you hear at the beginning - via the drum mic) on drums happened to know the song.  So up sprang an impromptu cover... for a short period!  It was the first time I'd really heard this song...  good introduction - thanks Mikky-T.

Wonderful atmospheric textures.  The guitar line sounds simple but is actually quite hard to play.  
The song starts with the original jam between Jules and Jen.  Then from this extract onward is an extrapolation of the original idea.  The swell of synths at the beginning is a triple-tracked glissando on an Oberheim OB1.
