I'm fixing to cry- (When I shifted)I stole Kenmas Gaming system and he started chasing me with a knife demanding that I give it back...I'm to scared to go back

anybody have any tips on how to shift while listening to this? I've tried the guided meditation ones but they haven't worked so I wanted to try this.. any tips?
