DANCE ACTS with Julia Riddiough* is a body movement practice applying the techniques of Ecstatic Awakening Dance™, an energy experience using our bodies, music & movement to reconnect and dance as one. So, let’s dance, like there’s nobody watching & live like it’s heaven on earth! Living is dancing & you are the dance.

 * Julia Riddiough is an artist, Permaculture and body practitioner, creating photography, film, performance and interactive projects which are curated and exhibited in the UK and internationally. Her current focus is on expanding her work to put the principles of Permaculture - earth care/people care/future care - at the heart of her art-life-life-art practice, making works that reflect these themes at the intersection of art, activism and action.

Part of this new development includes YOGA ACTS & DANCE ACTS (resources for self- reliance) partnering with artists, art projects and communities in the form of experiences which broaden our encounters with art, our environments and ourselves, and designed as platforms for creative exploration, connection and embodiment.

YOGA ACTS & DANCE ACTS are holistic body practices, toolkits for diversity and ethical living where we find everything is supported and interconnected. Interweaving these disciplines with art actions and programming can positively inform and empower as wellas being transformative acts in themselves.
