My goal is to completely blend the lyrics and melody with the song structure or chord progression. I work with producers, bands and songwriters who are stuck or want to improve their songs with toplines or lyrics.
Even as a small girl I’ve been a keen observer of the human kind. Trying to grasp what I see and feel in words, images and sound. Writing poems and singing as long I can remember, the step to topline and lyric writing was a small one.
My musical influence is broad. I like almost every genre. Educated at the piano and influenced by the classical repertoire of concerto's and opera. Meanwhile I listened to my father playing Dixieland and old-style jazz and blues. There I found the love for bending the melody and words on existing chords, making it into my own song. My own story.
