Julia LaMendola is a multifaceted artist with decades of experience as a published author, visual artist, actor, and composer. Known for her innovative work in performance art, she has made significant contributions across various creative disciplines. Most recently, Julia released an EP titled Animals Keep Time with her band, Endless Arrows.

As a current member of the 7 Daughters of Eve Theater and Performance Company, Julia has showcased her talents at prestigious venues such as The Whitney Museum of American Art, where she performed in 12 Shouts to the 10 Forgotten Heavens in 2019. In 2018, she composed music for Sasquatch Rituals at The Kitchen. Her work with the Obie Award-winning Nature Theater of Oklahoma, particularly in the acclaimed production Life and Times, further solidifies her reputation as a dynamic performer and composer.

Julia's film credits include The Red Ferrari by Adam Green, and her music has been featured at major festivals like South by Southwest, Art Basel, Primavera Sound Festival, and Danube Festival. In 2009, New York Press recognized her as part of the "Best Live Band In Town."

In 2022, Endless Arrows released the album Strangely Drawn, adding to Julia’s extensive discography, which also includes her 2019 solo project Instruction. Her recent collaboration with Jeffrey Lewis and her cameo as a vocal actor on the Meet Cute podcast highlight her continued influence in the arts.

Julia’s theater performances have garnered international acclaim, with reviews in prominent publications such as Time Out New York, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and Der Zeit. She remains an active and regular performer in both Brooklyn and Manhattan with Endless Arrows.
