Devil's Den is a song cycle inspired by various walks through the Nature Reserve park in Weston/Redding of the same name. Walking through these woods allowed me time to think to myself, and here I feel I made the most growth as a human being. Each song is tied to a specific location in the park and the emotional growths I experienced there. It follows the story of three characters; Érva (the river), Térn (nature), and Tünd (the devil).

Crystalline is a piece meant to exploit the metallic, resonant nature of crotales. This is my first in-depth use of Max/MSP in a piece.
