Next up on Toolroom Trax, it's a double-barrelled label debut from Kittball co-owner Juliet Sikora & Elrow resident Tini Gessler who team up on their Trax debut with 'Tidy Up'! Set to clean up the dance floor, Juliet & Tini go hard with their club ready cut of Minimal Tech House.

Both label boss of Kittball with Tube & Berger and a solid DJ herself, Juliet has made waves in scene with a string of killer releases and successes with her label. As one of the top 15 selling Deep House labels of all time on Beatport, her influence on 'Tidy Up' can be heard from the get-go. Along with releases on Pete Tong's FFRR, Flashmob Records & of course Kittball, Juliet Sikora's production style and work ethic are second to none. 

Tini Gessler on the other hand, is a fast-rising name in the Deep & Tech House world, having cemented herself as a resident DJ for Elrow and known for throwing huge parties, together the pair bring a deeper, more minimal edge to the record. 

There's no doubt that 'Tidy Up is a groove focused, Tech House track that is meant to be hammered through club sound systems hard and with their feet firmly planted in the world of Tech House, it's clear that Juliet Sikora & Tini Gesseler are onto something huge on this one!

Marking the eighth instalment in the increasingly popular series, Kittball Konspiracy returns with nine outstanding tracks from a range of talented producers in Volume 8. Whether fresh-faced names like Fat Sushi, Ikaro and Julian Thomas, or familiar Kittball faces such as In.deed and Juliet Sikora, the selection is one that epitomizes the imprints signature uplifting and hedonistic vibe, whilst remaining eclectic and compelling throughout. 

Straight from the off In.deed’s ‘Turn Me On’ is an enriching display of funky guitar work and summertime synths, whereas Juliet Sikora and Flo Mrzdk’s collaboration on ‘Bodyloop’ settles for a compelling groove, sinister low-end and infectious vocal. Eddie M then demonstrates his ability to forge a heady hook in ‘I Don’t Want You’, a contrast to the soothing sounds subsequently heard in Fat Sushi & Benjamin Franklin’s ‘Talking To The Moon’. 

Next up Ikaro provides a beautiful rolling number by the name of ‘Waxwing’, before Corey Gibbons drops a deeply rich production by the name of ‘Gravity’. Things then get funkier with Julian Thomas’ house renovation of Bob Dylan’s ‘Gotta Serve Somebody’, followed by a loopy number named ‘I Need You’ from Guzzle, before finishing up on an energetic production from Salvatore Poliizzi called ‘We Are One’.

Can't get enough of house music? Then it's time to celebrate "The Last Song" by the Deepshakerz (feat. Aaron Pfeiffer). This track starts with a minimalistic sound and then surprises you with a groovy atmosphere and pumping baseline. Aaron's vocals provide a playful vibe that will certainly put a smile on your face. We reckon that this track is an absolute masterpiece and will be the perfect "last song" in any DJ-set.

Since releasing their “Walking Back EP” on Kittball, Brazilian duo Chemical Surf have demonstrated their indisputable work ethic in the studio with appearances on the likes of Miami Underground Records, Sprinkler, Lust Be and Erase Records. Collaborating with them is Juliet Sikora, the heart and soul of the label, who alongside Kittball co-founders Tube & Berger is responsible for “Come On Now (Set It Off)” – a track labelled as Pete Tongs “Essential New Tune” before it reached #1 and #2 on the Beatport Deep House and overall chart respectively.

With shuffling percussion, a decadent bassline and tension heightening climaxes, “No Matter” features a heady vocal hook that is pitched-down, chopped, and distorted whilst making an undeniable nod to garage. Meanwhile “Whats That” continues the theme of commanding low-ends, with a rumbling bass hook taking centre stage. This time the vocals have been left intact adding a sing along factor to a dancefloor commanding piece of four-to-the-flour house.

Collaborating once again on Kittball, Juliet Sikora and Flo Mrzdk drop summertime single ‘Fuck, Marry, Kill’ featuring a murkier remix from Belgian producer Maxim Lany.
Straight off the back of remixing Claptone, Kittball co-owner Juliet Sikora’s is always one to bring the energy and her high charged productions have gained serious traction in her homeland Germany and beyond, including releasing or remixing for labels like Relief, Cajual and Mother Recordings. Joining her in the studio once again following last year’s ‘The Get Down’ and a remix of Tube & Berger’s ‘Dust Feel’, Kittball and Be An Ape regular Flo Mrzdk adds to the already expected momentum.
Each track has a dance floor driven focus with upbeat tempos and a choice brazen vocal sample. ‘Fuck, Marry, Kill’ itself is undoubtedly a blowout summer track - pad driven, packed with hi hats with hoppy bass weaving through. Meanwhile, on remix duties We Play House producer Maxim Lany offers a darker vibe - weighing in with a heavier driving bass but maintaining the same galvanising atmosphere with the heady vocal.

Germany’s Juliet Sikora returns to Flashmob this summer with two-track houser, ‘Keep on Fire’.
Sikora, co-founder of the Kittball imprint alongside Tube & Berger, has carved out her reputation by making infectious big-room house cuts for the likes of FFRR, Cajual, Relief and Different over the past fourteen years. A consummate DJ who has toured consistently as well as a force to be reckoned with as an A&R, she has a well tested ear for exactly what works in house music.
Debuting on Flashmob last year with the punchy ‘Beat Bang’ EP, Sikora returns to the influential imprint with another two tracks that focus on bottom heavy grooves with hearty results. The chunky, classic beats of ‘Keep on Fire’ lead the charge with some evergreen vocal sampling providing the arrangement with a worthy crescendo while the flip, ‘Here We Go’, takes a more heads down, rolling route to increasingly intense drops over it’s 7 minute span.
