About: Chronception sees Bunnik expand from rigid electro beats (Polyshron) into more freeform excursions featuring liquid breakbeats layered with rasping synths (Perceptual Time Dilation), futuristic soundscapes (Altered Sense), intricately woven random sequences featuring tight drum programming (Oculus). Bunnik always manages to elicit emotions from the machines with an extraordinary amount of feeling poured into the circuits until each song tells a story from the melancholy of Equilibrium to the future worlds of Clairvoyance.

Phil got his first pair of turntables in 2001 and has been passionately collecting records and DJing ever since. His first residency came at the age of 17 for deep house night ‘No Shanti’ in York followed by a residency at ‘Howdoyoudo?’ along with many guest slots around the city. During his time in Nottingham he started his own event ‘Sherbert’ at the infamous ‘Moog’ pub before founding ‘Subterranea' in 2013 - ten years later Phil remains resident DJ and co-promoter. 

In 2022 Phil joined the team at The Imaginarium and opened Plant & Deck, Leeds’ only house plant and record shop. The shop specialises in house plants of all varieties and left-field leaning electronic music from ambient and electronica through house, techno, electro and breaks. Green fingers aside this allows him the opportunity to tip the city’s vinyl diggers by drawing upon his extensive knowledge of, and passion for, electronic music.

In over 20 years of DJing at, and throwing, parties he has warmed up and closed for countless DJs including Radioactive Man, Conforce & Versalife, Surgeon, Jamie Anderson, Trevino, Neville Watson and Alex Smoke to name just a few. Playing exclusively on vinyl, Phil is an accomplished DJ in his own right with shelves and shelves of records fit for any dancefloor. For the modulations mix series he has dug out an hour of spaced out electro wobblers, the majority of which are available at Plant & Deck.

She released music in our label later last year, a beautiful electro track with glimpses of darkness amongst other artists. This mix is just a preview of what she is gonna do in our party on july's next friday.

Muk (Egle Naujokaityte, Lithuania) is a singer, DJ, radio hostess and avid propagator of unusual, experimental and non-conformist music. In the past she has been part of several musical projects in various parts of the world, and her work has been released on labels such as Bordello A Parigi (NL) and Industrial Coast (UK). Today she is part of the minimal synth duo Gris Futuro, but has also presented work in the field of contemporary and sound art in Lithuania (CAC Vilnius, Malonioji 6). As a dj and selector she stands out for her eclectic sets: she is not only known for her esoteric Fourth World-esque selections, but in more social environments and dancefloors she usually delivers a mix of shadows, psychedelics, synths and machine rhythms, where dark sounds play with light in a industrial-funk sensibility. Muk is also the author of radio shows for Cashmere Radio (The Hidden Reverse, La Casa del Obrero Mundial) in Berlin and LYL Radio (Canary Girl Island) in Lyon. Nowadays she appears on Radio Vilnius with her bimonthly show Musings & Drummings as well as on national Lithuanian radios alternative wing LRT Opus with the show Magiška muzika about the history of XX century alternative music and movements. At the same time he is developing her solo project Musetteandrums and running soundcloud channel Birds for the Mind.
