Dissolution ritual

The lyrics of this song were presented to me in the form of a poem by my work colleague and friend Fred Barrett.  Fred's mother has been stricken with Alzheimer's disease and he used his words to help deal with his and his father's personal struggles. 

It was an honour to help Fred put his words to music.

Accipitriformes Accipitridae bird . One of the largest among the ones named Taka. In particular, Japanese subspecies are large and fine. The total length is 70 to 80 cm, and the wing opening reaches 150 cm, but the one in the south is small. With Japan as the northern limit, it is distributed in southeastern China, the Himalayas, parts of India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia. It prefers to live in forests, especially coniferous forests.

Mera Khai - Toxic Man

This is probably the last track from the Cage Of Souls project. Yeah, I know, it's a bit dark. Greygori is a scientist and an artist focussed on enhancing his body in the most grotesque way... and doesn't even post the results on the internet.

I took my inspiration from soundtracks for computer games and plundered some of the lo-fi cinematic stuff from Cubase.

There, his life and music is inspired by nature, people and animals of this region. In his home studio he works on sounds , develops and records them.
His musical evolution is based on strings and their fascinating behaviour.
After having played in several bands in Barcelona, he nowadays creates his sounds, primarily ambient, in solitary.
