A loving blend of original and remixed tracks from, with and about the first true black president of Africa; the legendary Fela Ransome Kuti. 

I made this mix in honour of the 24th anniversary of Fela's passing, 50 years after the release of two of his most famous recordings, 83 years after his birthday on October 15th, 1938.

It was inspired by my friend Nana's Fela Anniversary dinner party, a quiet revolutionary herself.
