This is a cover of a track John wrote with his seminal group Pentangle. John said he wrote the guitar part after being inspired by hanging out with the American  singer/songwriter James Taylor.  In John's own words "So Clear is life through the eyes of Too-Loose, circus rider who never went further than a canvas propped up against the wall of of a New York hotel." Make of that what what you will , but a finer solo acoustic guitar arrangement you will be hard pressed to find.

This sketch started out by me wanting to "get inside" George Martin's string arranging style. One forgets what a simple beautiful song it is despite it being played to death. I have added a mid section in the style, I hope, of Mr. Martin. Can't really improve on the original so please excuse my indulgence!
