Yoohoo! My first SoundCloud post. Anyway this SoundClouder (I like that word...soundclouder) is about the jump manual program and my review/results of it.

Anyone in the vertical leap business knows that in order to increase the height of your jump you need a solid program on your side, but sadly that's not always the case.

The world of vertical jumping is full of old, obsolete programs that rely on old ineffective techniques for increasing an athlete's jump. Some of these techniques have become so engrained in our mind that we can't imagine ourselves training our vertical jump without them. But these bad training methods are exactly what should be avoided.

Luckily for me I've finally found something that avoids all those bad techniques and The Jump manual program is that thing. I decided to put my thoughts out there and let it be heard because for the first time I feel like there's finally a vertical jump program that is true and valid and cuts through all the BS.

The jump manual is basically the next level training if you ask me, and it's what professional athletes such as NBA players would use to increase their jump. The beautiful thing about this program is that it can also fit amateurs and the average joes who like to play pickup games with their friends.

The Jump Manual works due to doing 2 things differently:
1) It eliminates bad forms of training
2) It substitutes those trainings with new evidence based workouts that are proven to help jump higher

By doing these 2 things alone, jump manual has already paved 50% of the way to becoming an effective vertical jump system.

Jacob Hiller, who has created the jump manual, admits that the program in its initial stages had birth issues and it was not that efficient. However, with over 10 years of research and study, the program has got immensely better and now it is the leading training system for basketball and jump athletes.

Vertical jump seekers, Listen! This is my SoundCloud personal channel where I will let my voice be heard on my interests and let my jump passion manifest itself.

If you read my posts regularly you already know that The Jump Manual program is a well established vertical leap training system that has been used for many years now by basketball athletes, professional as amateurs. The program is a unique development of a vertical jump coach who has logged many years of experience in the vertical leap field, coach Jacob Hiller.

Hiller is mostly famous for training NBA players and Gold Olympic athletes in track & field. By taking his research and knowledge Hiller was able to come up with a system for increasing almost any individual vertical jump.

It took Hiller 10 years to develop the jump manual program due to testing and running case studies, so by the time the system was released it was already tested and tried on so many athletes that the program needed very little effort in marketing to spread over the community.

The word has spread very fast from mouth to ear and the jump manual has become globally popular. With the success of the manual however, there were many people who complained that this form of training did not help them jump higher. The problem is most people don't understand this program fully and sometimes their gains come slowly or does not come at all.

Nevertheless, I cannot neglect the original intent that drove me to start the blog and thus I will keep uploading updates and posts about my jump manual results and my progress with the program.
