When a wind blows

This one is a bit different from the others I have put up.  The song itself combines two different ideas I created for different pitches for game ideas (both rejected in favor of my "Is It Time" a few months back.  I liked how they sounded together so I expanded them and finished it up this last weekend.

For me, I had the feeling of Alan Wake / Control when making the intro and other parts of the song. I also have a tendency sometimes to just jam a song with notes and arpeggios but I wanted to try doing something with more restraint here.

Past the Tunnel's End

The Stone That Makes The Statue was inspired by the band flying into Keflavík and invokes the rocky, bleak landscape of Iceland.

Percussion driven, it is a return to the post rock roots of the 4 piece, melodic keyboards and harsh guitars, melody and intensity, booming bass and atmosphere.
