These are two songs I made in response to the disgusting events that unfolded on Thursday night. I’m angry, 
I’m upset and I’m ashamed to be Irish. An unfortunate
random act of violence was used as an excuse to loot and destroy our city, and then blame and target the very people that had no part in doing so. These scum are not people that represent us. Despite what these racist, ignorant vermin say; they are the ones that are the problem with this country. It shouldn’t matter where you’re from or what you believe in, everyone deserves to feel welcome and safe in this city. Nobody should be forced to feel scared and vulnerable in a city they call home. I’m disappointed in this place we’re supposed to call home. My heart goes out to anyone affected or traumatised by what happened. Stay safe and don’t forget to check in on one another <3
