An all-star cast compilation, “No Filler Just Killer” crams not one, not two, but four dancefloor bangers competing for peak time supremacy. Having recently released his “No Articial” EP, Several Definitions bring forth another mesmerizing tech house incursion in the form of the opening track “Us”. Fellow recent releasee Benotmane teams up with French house charmer Darlyn Vlys for “Quarantine”, a dive into the deep end of late night techno infused house fueled by the haunting, 80’s synth pop reminiscent vocals. Newcomers Hidden Empire give us a taste of their deeply moving soundscape with “Palmito”, a high strung techno anthem.Veteran Niko Schwind is responsible for the closing track, rounding up the assembly with the darkest and deepest track of the EP.

Benotmane & Darlyn Vlys – Quarantine feat. Haptic [Snippet]

As February 29th only comes around every four years, we thought it befitting of this latest fleeting appearance to celebrate with yet another fine release from our burgeoning Selador stable. Be rude not to, right?

And what better way than with the label debut of Mr Tom Peters. German born, Berlin based, Tom has already released music through such esteemed channels as German heavyweight labels, Kompakt & Get Physical and so naturally, we’re very pleased he’s decided to add Selador to his already impressive résumé.

Featuring two very different but equally strong original productions, the tribal tech of ‘Two Of Us’ with it’s wonky synth surges and sensuous vocal inflections to the more forceful peak time techno flavourings of ‘Restless’. It really is a double header not to be missed. 

On remixing assignments, rising German star, Tim Engelhardt sprinkles his own magic dust over ‘Two Of Us’ whilst Mexican duo Climbers step up to the plate with a stonking interpretation of ‘Restless’. Basically, it’s a win win situation. Just the way we like it. 

So.. Happy Leap Day everyone. Don’t say we didn’t spoil you ;-)

Press Info: "Eyedyllic Music is starting it’s 2019 release plan off with a serious bang; presenting a uniquely talented Brooklyn-based artist, releasing his debut EP under the moniker, J Gabriel. 

The You Know/What They Say EP boasts two incredible J Gabriel originals, and also features stunning remixes from deep house legends, Vincenzo and Nick Holder.

With the lead title cut, You Know, J Gabriel masterfully implements his minimalistic approach toward house music, painting an introspective and imaginative picture that inspires and moves. The magic is in the details, and on this one it’s all about the catchy bass-line and well-programmed chords, which create an inspirational vibe when paired with carefully selected spoken-word samples, embedded in classic deep house roots.

On the remix tip, Vincenzo steps up first; making use of You Know’s strongest elements, by utilizing the original bass-line and creating what he himself calls an “immersive” vibe. Deep, driving, melodic and perfectly arranged for maximum dancefloor effect, is this wonderful remix from Vincenzo.

Toronto-based house connoisseur Nick Holder then delves deep into his repertoire on his remix, turning in a lovely rendition of You Know; reminiscent of NYC-style underground house music, by donning the cap of his well-revered Trackheadz moniker.

The EP comes to a close with a perfect B-side, in What They Say. The vibes are thick, as J Gabriel shows his love of dubby atmospheric dancefloor cuts with this one, which should be well-suited for more underground and discerning DJs and dancefloors. "
