Junkyard Groove's Bumblebee was first released in 2018. The song was inspired by the Transformers movie franchise (I'm a huge fanboy). I wanted to make a montage of some fight scenes from the movies and make our song the soundtrack. So I decided to re-record the track and have Vinay play drums on the track. By this time my (Ameeth Thomas) mixing skill had also improved, I wanted to put my skills to the test. So I  did a completely new mix and master for the song. I do hope you enjoy it!

2020 has been the strangest year in our whole musical journey with the pandemic hitting the world. Not being able to jam or record together as a band. This brings us to this EP "Head Above Water" as you can see the title says it all. We recorded this whole EP over the interweb without ever meeting each other in person. Junkyard Groove is best known for its unique music styling laced with catchy hooks and a live wire performance with none to match. Right now the band is working on their 3rd Album.
