I want to start building my confidence making and releasing original music. It's all well and good making stuff for other people/projects.. but I think the key is consistency.

I'm going to make some form of music.. even if it's 1 minute long.. even if it's instrumental.. and every Sunday upload it here.. like a 'music diary' or something.

Hopefully I can look back and finish the year with 52 bits of music.

Demo I made over the weekend. Getting the rust and the dust off - can't hide forever. Felt this needed some lyrics for the intro so I sang some that have been bouncing round my head for a while.. but did cover the vocals in effects to hide how much I don't like singing :p

I had a few demos I was working on this week and it came to Sunday morning... and I just wasn't feeling any of them...

so ended up making this all today.... kinda crazy... its totally over produced and makes no sense and is a huge crash of ideas and sounds.... bit I kinda fuck with it lol

PS my friend got high and wrote/recorded some lyrics which I incorporated. I think they add alot to this... he's a clever dude

...I have this super cheap keyboard I got in a charity shop for like £5..
it has a sound card like a Gameboy has, the sounds are so crunchy and retro and wonky and warm and nice..

So I sampled them and filtered them and fucked about with them... made a little loft beat

..made this... not much but I like it :) maybe you do too?

I missed an upload last weekend :( I was out for drinks saturday night and sunday totally slipped past me.. didn't realise until tuesday.
