Impetus presents ’Enclave’: a collection of work from Hasvat Informant, Dj Ali, Sirenik, Connor Wall, E-File and Cobber. Enclave links the pockets of variegated forms of contemporary Australian techno. From the groovy, deep and psychedelic, the diversity in sonic palette reflects the Australian physical landscape, vast spaces contrasted with sharp contorted edges.

Time for a new talent in our roster, the Madrid based spaniard Irazu is on command providing us with eight pieces of dark, gray, risky dance electronica with special emphasis on distortion and sonic aggression.
 
There’s no mercy in this sonic menu, no traces of harmonies or melodies, no predictable breaks or hands on the air moments. This is the soundtrack of a dystopian urban reality, the orchestra of distortion, and ode to strobe lights and fog in a blacked out warehouse.
 
Think about the best industrial tradition of names like Throbbing Gristle or Esplendor Geométrico combined with the rhythmic pulsation of the early Birmingham techno and you can approximately get the picture.
 
On Genesis you get your mind and body prepared for the experience you are about to have, starting beatless and going progressively busy into the hard groove.
 
Sad Hills is a mechanical follow up to the first cut, industrial and linear, mental but with a leather covering.
 
Coma is the third step, again direct to action rhythm wise but intricated on the sequenced components, leading to A Fix, an ode to asymmetry, made of distorted chaotic drops falling over a martial groove. 
 
Extremely Friendly is exactly the opposite as the title suggests, slow paced, broken and mentally ill, the best way to change perspectives before going stressed again with Pentastar, directly influenced by what you heard on A Fix . 
 
Persist brings us near to the end of this journey into the darkness via a stomping kick and merciless distorted sequences with no sign of remorse at all.
 
To say goodbye, Self Medicating provides the necessary ambient slice to return to normality.

Just a last track before leaving for 3 weeks. Just a 6 minutes hypnotic techno track to dance all summer long. Beside that, it was a real thing for me to find myself as a young boy, hearing everyday things like "fags" (as an insult, not a sexual identity) or "feminine boy" because I was very sensible or just had different behaviours.

Founded in 2023 in Lyon, the label "Just Breathe" want to quickly established itself as a major player in realm of avant-garde experimental music. The initiative behind this label was led by Möhne Seide, producer and thinker passionate about exploring sonic boundaries and promoting contemporary art. His goal : to create a space where music, performance, and visual arts can meet and enrich one another. 

From its inception "Just Breathe" sought to highlight bold artists who challenge traditional musical convention. The label focuses on releasing works that integrate elements of electronic music, acoustic sounds, noise, and improvisation. Each release is crafted as a complete artwork, taking into account not only the music but also the accompanying aesthetic presentation. 

One of the hallmarks of "Just Breathe" is its commitment to collaborating with contemporary artists from various fields. Each project is often accompanied by visual installations, or partnerships with visual artists, creating a dialogue between different forms of artistic expression. This blend of influences enriches the auditory and visual experience, allowing the audience to experience art in an immersive way.
