Beholden is an example of how simplicity can be used to create emotion and goosebumps. The tasty Moog synth and a hit of inspiration are the ingredients for the perfect less-is-more equation in this song.

Bloodflame which gives its name to the release is another addictive track that you are sure to enjoy in your sets, with its fantastically resonant and rough synthesizers. BOg and 19:26 provide the listener with composition and sequencing of the very highest order.

22 Police takes inspiration from a dystopian future as the totalitarian regime attempts to oppress the underground, making musicians comply with the state idea of how culture should be, removing free thought and expression. Think Blade Runner 2049 as our protagonist, the Nexus-9 replicant is pursued, hunted down by a squad of specially trained law enforcement operatives ... running thorough alleys and across roof tops to a cinematic yet industrial soundtrack.

After one year since the previous Various Artists X, the Milanese label Just This returns with a new compilation of 9 tracks. Together with artists who have been on the label for several years, we find new producers such as Fur Coat, Julian Wassermann and Øostil.
Dark and hypnotic atmospheres join other more melodic and dreamy ones defining the sound that has always characterized the label.

Stil & Bense from Osnabrück (GER) are focussing on deep techno vibes and housy disco tunes. Tom & Arne are two artists that perfectly complement each other, both originate from two completely different backgrounds: While Tom Stil is an experienced and passionate DJ and known for his pumping, melodic sets, Dr. Arne Bense contributes the wide-ranging musical knowledge he gained during his music studies.
