Great international groves and collaborations coming out of Africa are hard to come by, but this week Sierra Leone’s Souferior is back with a certified anthem for 2012 Lose Control. The song, a collaboration with Nigeria’s own Selebobo is an incredible upbeat track making waves on Nigerian and South African radio.

‘Lose Control’ scraps the idea of soft drums and favors punishing drums; ominous snyths; a lot of rhythm; Souferior’s pointed lyrics and the sultry vocals of Selebobo. An ode to all beautiful women all over the world, the song pleads to ‘take am easy’ as in ‘don’t hurt em’. This is the type of collaboration that fans missed, a song which can cause the clubs in Europe to the clubs in Asia to dance to a rhythm of African origin.

This song will be on Souferior’s upcoming album Greatness. With singles currently out like Na Lie featuring LA da boss and Labo Labo, the fans should expect the album to live up to and surpass its name.
