“Life Is A Rhythm” marks Josh's first step outside his core techno/trance sound. The title came from the ad-lib vocal hook, which subtly suggests the phrase “Life Is A Rhythm.” Musically it reflects that idea: minor-key melodies give it a sense of struggle and weariness, while uplifting phrases bring optimism. The track became a snapshot of life’s ups and downs, and how rhythm carries us through.
