Here I hear quite clear inspiration from Jean-Michel Jarre, or more precisely from his 'Millions of Stars' (from album Metamorphoses) - quite a similar theme.

First time I've heard a good remix of this Vangelis music #bladerunner Theme, it sound between original 1982 version and 2049 version (Zimmer version)
