Things don’t always pan out how they are planned and that’s certainly the case when it comes to the collective pair that forms Just Beats Music.
Just Beats was formed by friends Obi Ogbonna and Tamer Kamel back in 2009 over a ham and Pineapple Pizza.
Bored and fed up of the same old parties they where attending they decided it was time for change, and they would be the ones to make that change.
The saying ‘running before you can walk’ comes to mind as their first experience of holding an event was at Pacha London thanks to mentor and family friend Keith Reilly of Fabric.
Just Beats quickly established itself over the next 2 years with its unique and constantly evolving style of house music.
Their reputation as Pacha Londons most musically orientated night was only enhanced with the range and variety established acts booked, whilst complimenting home-grown young DJ’s.

2011 has seen Just Beats have its biggest year to date with sell out events across London.
Having now left their residency at Pacha London, 2012 is going to be a massive year with dates at Ministry of Sound and XOYO London, as well as their first full label release.
