It took Ninsa less than 2 years from dreaming of being a DJ to actually be playing on great stages on a regular basis.

After two great collabs, it's time for her debut release with her very own production on Soulful Techno! A fresh mix of melodic techno and indie dance which also highlights the vibe when Ninsa is playing on stage. 

The track comes with a remix by Gabriel Ananda.

'Thank you Gaia' is dedicated to an important fur family member that passed away. 
While the main track is focused on the club, the remix is for the home listener spacing out.

Since its launch in 2010, Soulfooled has been lovingly curated by Alex Niggemann and has steadily established itself as a crucial platform for exciting, fresh talent. The label’s focus is always on sonic innovation and searching out unfailingly original musical gems, and, in the process, developing its own distinctive brand of music.

With a deep love for classic analogue sounds, merged with the limitless palette of possibilities afforded by modern music-making technology, DJ/producer Kris Davies utilises his meticulous production skills and a flair for crafting distinctive, intricate soundscapes, to stamp an emotional ambient mark on all his tracks and mixes. Now, he is set for his debut single release with the ever-evolving Soulfooled family, with two exceptionally creative tracks. 

An instantly infectious, hip-swinging rhythmic backbone means “Aura” wastes no time before launching into a breath-taking display of creative genius, as it builds layers of melodic motifs, juxtaposed synth lines and flourishes to make it an irresistible musical delight – visualise a dynamic 121bpm ball of energy, pirouetting majestically around the dancefloor.

The subtle, percussive ‘Goodbye Lullaby’ with its wonderful hint of melancholic reflection, serves to create a distinctly different, but no less enthralling atmosphere, showing another side of Kris Davis’ standout inventiveness. Layered with a wondrous, seductive ebb and flow of melodic waves, ‘Goodbye Lullaby’ is a supremely emotive piece to round off this musical master class in style.

Since the release of his first ‘Closer’ EP on Subjekt Recordings in 2014, Kris has been steadily gaining respect on the underground circuit with his unique emotive style. His subsequent remix of Affect! ‘Akaria’ (Save Us), ‘Relentless’ (with Yost and released on Just Her’s Constant Circles label), an EP on Christian Loffler’s well-respected Young Alaska imprint, and recent outings on Crossfrontier Audio, Suara and Parquet Recording (amongst others), have continued to raise the creative bar and mark Kris Davis as an artist to keep an eye on. With summer residencies coming up for Avant Garde & We Concur in London and Paris, now is the time to check him out.

JUST GROW: With one foot firmly in the DJ booth after cutting her teeth spinning vinyl in sweaty back rooms, and the other in her fast developing producer and songwriter career, Just Her has already carved out an impressive back catalogue on world class labels including Anjunadeep, Crosstown Rebels, Global Underground and Armada, achieving a wealth of Beatport chart positions, an Essential New Tune on Radio 1 and high profile press features in the likes of DJ Mag & Mixmag. Also establishing herself as an accomplished remixer, Just Her has deconstructed tracks from key players such as Armin Van Buuren and Lane 8, crafting them skillfully into her signature deep emotive cuts.

JUST COMMIT: A self-confessed multi-tasker, Just Her has not only found the time and skills to study for a Masters Degree in Music, but also to establish her own brand ‘Constant Circles’ - a unique concept in which music & contemporary visual art are combined, with successful label parties across the UK & Europe and art exhibitions in Brighton and London. Alongside the label she also hosts two successful radio shows, self-syndicated to a number of platforms worldwide, including the highly regarded stations Frisky & Proton, as well as heading up a successful music & art blog that is rapidly gaining an underground following.

JUST THRIVE: Despite the restrictions of the pandemic, the last 18 months could have been Just Her's strongest to date, with a string of solid solo releases including stellar debuts on Circus, Culprit and Renaissance, garnering a wealth of support across the industry, from Eli & Fur, to Sasha to Icarus. With this output came huge gains in traction on the gig circuit, with stand out performances at Warm Up Festival and the 10000 capacity Anjunadeep Open Air at Drumsheds in London, plus a bucket list moment of handing over the reins to Sasha and Digweed in her home town of Brighton. Never one to rest on her laurels, Just Her has seen a roaring start to 2022 with her widely acclaimed four track EP on Anjunadeep, soon to be followed by debut releases on fast rising imprint HE.SHE.THEY and Nick Warren's Soundgarden. The start of the year also came with a spectacular touring schedule of shows across the globe including USA, India, Australia, Mexico, with no signs of slowing.
