Inspired by techno tracks of the 90’s and 00's Supergloss offers a highly danceable mixture of energetic sounds by blending the styles of the past and the future - Aspiring to activate the female energy of the listener by hip-moving tracks and a playful selection. 

Born and raised in Germany, the Berlin based DJs musical roots started growing by the age of 5, when she was trained to play the classical piano. Her musical taste evolved from Hyperpop to Hip Hop to Techno, when she moved to the capital. Never willing to make compromises on labeling her style, Supergloss rather offers a new adventure each time.

Being a Berlin native, Perra has been a close friend of the Live From Earth crew since day one. Following three solo releases and the collab EP “No Es Amor” with DJ Gigola and KevKoko earlier this year, these past months Perra has dived head first into the club scene, repeatedly bringing sweaty bops behind the decks. We are so happy to officially welcome Perra Inmunda into the Live From Earth artist roster.
To celebrate this, Perra delivers our new LFE Klub mix, taking us on a high energy journey from 90’s infused Love Parade trance nostalgia to present day club bangers.

Zwischen Popmelodien, Breakbeat, rosa Sonnenbrille und DJ-Pult setzt ein Kölner in Berlin neue Akzente: Malugi. Die gleichnamige "Malugi Energy" bahnt sich bei seinen DJ-Sets regelmäßig den Weg von der Peaktime im Club in die Instafeeds all jener, die ausgelassenes Feiern lieben. Malugi ist als DJ gefragt, aber vielmehr als Producer bekannt: Songs wie 'Sorry I can't', 'The Homies' oder 'Zizou' (gemeinsam mit Nature PCP) dürfen auf keiner Pre- oder Afterhour fehlen. Sein musikalischer Ausdruck, ob als DJ oder Producer, lässt sich vor allem als high res und high spirit beschreiben – und bleibt dabei angenehm unironisch. Unsere Autorin traf Matteo Brossette aka Malugi zum digitalen Tête-à-Tête und hat ihn zu seiner Veranstaltungsreihe "Club Heart Broken", seinen Idolen aus der Szene und seiner ungebrochenen Liebe zu Pop befragt. The 42th episode of our podcast series was recorded by Berlin-based Bbetriebswirt. He is one of the heads of the Mitmischen crew which has gained a following in the German capital through organizing well-visited club nights in the German capital as well as through their influential annual livestream event. Aside from these rather organizational activities, Bbetriebswirt has been also frequently showcasing his fine DJ and selector skills in various Berlin venues (& soon even beyond). His sets consist of a perfect balance of dreamy progressive trance & house and energetic psytrance which makes you want to fully dive into his music and never stop dancing to it.

Although his name would suggest it, @malugienergy’s rise to glory did not come in a flash. The CHB founder and possible solution to international power shortages has spent the last five years building a community of like-minded individuals, putting an emphasis on the potential of collaboration, and the importance of going the fuck off collectively.

When witnessing one of his DJ sets, one can tell that he follows this path with the utmost devotion: Wether on his own or with his frequent b2b partner Marlon Hoffstadt, MALUGI knows how to drive dancefloors into a frenzy, bringing the word “rave“ back to its original meaning through an unapologetic, if not irresponsible use of the most outrageous bangers and belters around – in Germany we say “dumm gehen“.

Through various highly acclaimed releases on labels such as Selected, Temperamental Club Sound and Savour the Moment, he has become synonymous with effective, turbocharged beats that will restore your batteries in an instant. His multidimensional approach to music and his entanglement with various styles and flavours speak of an open-mindedness rarely found in an industry often restricted by narrow perspectives on good taste.

Consequentely, he has mastered the art of serious fun – while he takes his work as a DJ and producer very serious, he always leaves room for play. It is this particular intersection that allows for a holistic and ultimately worthwhile outlook on what the club ought to be: a space for coming together, letting go and most importantly, enjoying yourself.
