💎 New Earth Nectar Vol. 10 💎  Live @ Ecstatic Wildness 💎 Body/Soul Activation

An ecstatic dance of a mix I created for myself, intending to bring myself out of stuckness through movement and dance. I decided to share it with our dancers, as we all get stuck sometimes and the thinking mind can only do so much to help us. Movement, expression, and allowing ourselves to feel can take us further.

We ended with birdsong recorded at my home this past spring...reminiscent of home, and of the ability to start afresh.

It’s the first of August, deep in the city night. The streets are quiet but alive with possibility. You twist the dial on your radio, and there it is—90.3FM. Static fades, and suddenly a voice cuts through the dark: DJ Blackicon1. He’s setting the scene, introducing the next selector on the House in Harlem Radio Show.

“On deck tonight…Hey Leonéx!”

The moment feels electric. You can almost see the glow of the booth, the turntables humming, and the energy of Harlem pulsing through every beat. 

Shout out DJ Miles Alix he locked in on the 1-2s after me weaving his soul into the sound. That night we’re weaving house grooves into the night air, pushing sound out into the city. That night on 90.3FM became more than music, it’s a memory, a transmission, a legendary night etched into radio waves.
