I cannot even focus on anything else but how good this is

Non stop progression at a pace everyone can handle

What if I allow my consciousness to meet my animal body anew, recognizing that throughout my entire life, I have this earthy, grounded, pure animal as my companion and protector? How would I want to meet that body? How would I want to allow it to introduce itself to me? What happens if I make my consciousness secondary…just let it step aside enough such that my body can reveal more of its nature to me? 
Maybe my body would respond differently to the beat… 
Maybe my body can show me how it feels and what it wants and what makes it sing with joy, and maybe it can show me more of the truth of the present moment, unfiltered by thoughts, ideas, stories, and rationalizations…
Maybe when I feel frightened and alone, I can turn to my body and draw comfort from its warmth and solidity…
Maybe my body holds my connection to the spiritual. After all, some of what my body perceives is ignored or perhaps even misunderstood by the intellectual mind. My body may have access to much more than I realize…
