I met Mica at a live house. She’s a singer-songwriter who sings while playing the piano. I extracted only her vocals from the original recording, arranged, recorded, and reconstructed the track. This time, as a challenge, I wanted to bring a Japanese song to everyone. Since the lyrics are in Japanese, some nuances might be different in translation, but I think you’ll get the general idea. The arrangement is quite different from the original, so please enjoy her original song from the link below.

When you cry, why does it hurt me so deeply? When you smile, why does it fill me with such joy?

I learned how to care for someone because you showed me how. So, like those strong stars, I'll stay by your side and watch over you.

When you reach the dreams you set, we’ll mark the calendar with a circle each year as a "special day" to celebrate. I want to be someone who can share that joy with you.

Against another planet that didn’t have any cheeseburgers.
And this is how first contact with aliens was made
And Ted was honored with a very big parade

And every single day more and more ships came 
And the reaction to the food was always the same.
Satisfied aliens of all shapes and sizes
And the earth became known as the cheeseburger planet.
And Ted married a sexy green alien named Janet.
