Afrikaburn 2023….what another adventure that was. I played two sets. One at my beloved Space Cowboys and the second one at the Bridges For Music camp, called Ubuhlanti. Saturday night, a packed venue (yes, I would call it a venue) and an amazing African female artist playing before me, creating a high energy amongst the crowd. My turn….so much fun, so many happy faces, so much love to share. Being at AfrikaBurn is always one of my highlights of the year and this year was definitely not an exception to that. After many a request, I have decided to upload my set from Yacht club at Anjunadeep Explorations in Dermhi, Albania this year :)
I really enjoyed playing this set, It started deep and progressive and  drifted off to the more melodic and higher energy that i like to play towards the end with a few mental suprises that really blew the dancefloor this particular evening!
This was my 2nd set of the festival this year which followed my set at Gjipe warming up for Paavo from Above & Beyond. Mental mate!

Justin Timmers is out on a mission since 2008 and is pushing the envelope as an energetic artist. Making electrifying connections with the crowd he knows how far he can push the boundaries of his DJ sets. Going above and beyond to find the right record for the right moment. 
	
Experimenting the first years as a professional DJ he started producing his own tracks in 2014 to develop himself as an artist and finding his own sound. Balancing between energetic, melodious and dark techno he is truly working his way to the top of his game. With numerous gigs at Soenda, We Are Electric, Solar, Toffler, Verknipt and many others he always delivers an outstanding performance. Add this to his residencies at Basis Utrecht and his work as a young talent coach he is someone to keep an eye on.
