After collaborating with the amazing Nic Evennett before on ‘Feel the burn’, I knew that one day I just had to work with her again. So I wrote this for her one Sunday afternoon - and luckily enough, she liked it! Her voice and her lyrics are just perfect and have turned my original idea into something so, so much better. It has not exactly been an easy ride and I have to admit that at times I almost gave up on it...but I am so, so glad that we both persevered, as '4am' has become something rather special and unique.
