I was listening to Kendrick and J.Cole go at it on each other's songs with the Black Friday remixes they did and I was compelled to do my own remix of J.Cole's "A Tale Of 2 Citiez", which was an insanely powerful piece (A much needed side note: Kdot Murdered Vinylz beat, brutally...it was no joke).

But anyway, Friday is a well-known classic movie staring da homie Chris Tucker, who I'm sure you know, and the legendary Ice Cube. This is one of my favorite hood classics so I used the movie's influences to paint a day in the life of a real brother in the trap we call the system.

I recorded it myself, I remixed the instrumentation myself(although I'm not Kanye West nor do I claim to be the best producer in the world, apparently I'm more lyrically inclined than anything else),  didn't even mean to rap as I was writing this myself, I did all this no one else...on FL...needs to be mixed as well

And Yes... It really does feature Chris Tucker!

I just wanted to have a recording on here that I could let the audience hear for free before I release the professionally recorded mixtape I've been working hard on with a lot of talented people on production.
