O "Planeta Fantástico" de René Laloux e Roland Topor (título original: "La Planète Sauvage", 1973) inspirou inúmeros artistas. A trilha sonora do filme tem sido uma fonte de suprimento para vários produtores musicais, especialmente fabricantes de faixas de hip-hop. "Come on feet" de Madlib é um bom exemplo de como é quando a amostragem é feita com maestria.

Esta mistura é uma versão aprimorada daquela que foi publicada há 2 anos. É composto por 38 faixas, incluindo interlúdios amostrados do filme, uma seleção de composições do o.s.t. e algumas músicas indie de hip-hop com samples. Você também encontrará uma música especial MF DOOM / Run the Jewels mashup. Por fim, o mix vem com uma capa original ilustrada.

     René Laloux and Roland Topor's "Fantastic Planet" (original title : "La Planète Sauvage", 1973) has inspired countless artists. The movie soundtrack has been a source of supply for numerous music producers, especially Hip-hop track makers. Madlib's "Come on feet" is a good example of what it's like when sampling is masterfully done.

This mix is an enhanced version of the one that was published 2 years ago. It is composed of 38 tracks, including interludes sampled from the movie, a selection of compositions from the o.s.t. and some indie hip-hop tunes containing samples from it. You will also find a special MF DOOM / Run the Jewels mashup song. Finally, the mix comes with an original illustrated cover.
