Inspired by walking on the Isle of Wight, and not content with already making a piece with 3 bass guitars, I was motivated to write this. It has 5 bass guitar lines, with the very highest line using pinch harmonics. The Tennyson Down is a hilly area on the west of the Island named after the poet Tennyson, and is an inspirational part of the countryside.
