I proudly present my entry for the History of Eatbrain mix competition.

The @eatbrain label has always been a massive part of my djing career. I have been a huge fanboy since they released the Tales Of The Undead LP. I even played my first official gig in an Eatbrain shirt.

It was a huge challenge to fit all the tracks, that shaped me into who I am today in an hour-long set, but in the end, I managed to make a mix I am very proud of.

Let me take you on an epic journey through 170 EATBRAIN releases, spanning over 11 years and 6 months.

The first contest I have ever recorded and won at the same time was for Eatbrain night in Bratislava in the year 2015. Music from Eatbrain influenced me a lot and that is why I decided to enter the competition. This set is my history of Eatbrain so I combined the way how I mixed back in the days and the way how I mix now. Kaira started djing in early 2020 and played mostly dark deep drum and bass. Over time, however, she has evolved to harder subgenres of drum and bass, particularly energetic and punchy neurofunk. She favours an uncompromising and precise mix. This year she got on the 5th place in the Category "Best Female DJ" in the Czech & Slovak Bassawards!
