When I found this sample and cleared it, it super reminded me of a song from Maplestory. Maplestory is an MMO I used to play when I was a kid, so I thought I'd lean into that influence to inspire some nostalgia, which Vaporwave and Future Funk try to invoke in listeners of the genre. So I did my standard future funk flip, to make it nostalgic, yet very danceable, and added some early 2000s computer noises like typing, and computer fans to add that MMO aesthetic! Stay Groovy Y'all!

"Arcade Dates" is a funky, feel-good instrumental inspired by my song "Meant To Be", as well as when my girlfriend and I used to play DDR at a local arcade when we first started dating!  A lot of my listeners and fans in my fan club tell me that they listen to my music in the car when they go on dates, so I wanted to create something fun and danceable for them! Dogs in Alaska is inspired by the Disney Channel Original Movie: "Snow Dogs", which is one of my favorite straight-to-TV movies as a kid! I wanted the song to feel like an early 2000s soundtrack for a pretend dog sled racing video game based on the movie! I aimed to capture a snowy, playful vibe and take my fans and listeners on a fun, nostalgic adventure! Thank you for listening! :)

"Chaos Control" is a dreamy Vaporwave re-work of my Sonic the Hedgehog inspired Future Funk track, "Orca Adventure DX"! Which is my most popular song of all time! This re-work retains all the nostalgic and fun vibes of being a kid playing Dreamcast on a CRT, but slows things down for a more laid-back groove! And in Sonic lore, Chaos Control manipulates time!
