Here are the songs from my FL Studio Mobile days. From this day forward, I am free from FL Studio and now have Chad Ableton Live 11 Suite! I am so happy with these tests that I've made in FL Studio, and it is finally time to move on to bigger and better things! I will probably do some Neuro stuff, and experiment further, but I am super exited for the future! Rising Sun and Rising Moon are more lower quality than the rest of the songs since I saved them improperly a while ago and then lost all of my audio files, but I was to lazy to re-record them so I just stuck with the lower quality versions, sorry guys ): They were my favorite and most nostalgic songs from the album, and I hope you guys like them too!

Rise of the Emerald Sun

Rise Of The Emerald Sun Full Album

This is probably my second song I've ever completed and the third song I've ever made. Unfortunately, the original FL Studio mobile file for this song (along with the file for Rising Moon) was corrupted, and all of the audio files were deleted, leaving only the midi. Fortunately, the MP3s were saved beforehand, but I was way worse at mixing back then compared to now, and didn't notice the unwanted distortion in the master (mostly from the drums). That means that this song (as well as Rising Moon) have a bit of crackle in them, but it is what it is. Maybe I'll remake these songs in Ableton some day. Rising Sun and Rising Moon are my most emotional songs that I've made and I'm still proud of them. I hope you guys like them!

Rising Sun

My first time learning Chillwave, and also my first time I've wanted to make a song from any of the "Wave" genres. It was fun, but in my opinion, those genres get a bit boring after a while, so I think that I'll stick to other things. :P

Chillwave

This was my first time experimenting with guitar which turned out sounding a little too repetitive and bright in my opinion, but guitars are hard for me! XD I still love this song though. The name is a play on words for Neon Pencils, as I just noticed before making this song that my colored pencils that I had for years were called neon pencils on the packaging and I thought it was funny.

Npeeonncils

I thingy I made. Was gonna have a menacing track to counter it called "Electron", but that never happened. Maybe some other time.

Proton

I love this track and definitely want to remake it at some point. It was supposed to be practice just after learning about polyrhythms using the drums, but it isn't very noticeable. The idea then turned into the fact that the drums (mostly the kick) would get more and more intense as the song progresses, but it isn't very noticeable, so if I did remake it, that would be a thing that I would do. (lots of ducking added to stuff).

Polyrhythm Practice

This is the first remix that I've ever attempted and I definitely want to complete it and/or remake it some day. I love Jon Hopkins (who I was introduced to by False Noise who I was before introduced to through Geometry Dash).

Open Eye Signal Bootleg

This was a HUGE experiment with audio recordings and a Dan Deacon styled arpeggio at the end. I'm not a huge fan of the audio I added (Just me randomly hitting and knocking on my desk for some drums), but I like this one anyways. I was hugely into Dan Deacon at the time (and still am), and I wanted to see how he made those awesome arpeggios that start out sounding like a person could actually play them on the piano or violin, etc... and ending up sounding alien and beautiful.

Luminant Forest

I think that this song was the 5th song I've ever made? This is when I was learning how to make good song structure, and it was left unfinished, as I didn't know where to go with it. Oh well... Maybe I'll make something similar soon now that I'm using Ableton!

Something New

I HATE trying to label genres since I have no idea how to define them. If someone could tell me what genre I was trying to produce with this one, that would be nice. ;D

This was a fun experiment with this fun sounding synth! I also learned how to make song structure better!

Test1

This was the most recent track that I've finished in FL Studio Mobile and I love it so much! Now that I am fully transitioned into Ableton Live 11 Suite, I'm going to be producing, mixing, and mastering SO much easier and better! (This song was inspired by Deadmau5.)

The Sixth Sound

This song (along with Rising Sun) was saved incorrectly which got rid of all audio files on the track. I was to lazy to replace all of them, so instead I stuck with what I had and released the MP3 I already had saved before it wiped the audio. It is unfortunate because back then I didn't know how to properly master, so there is a tiny bit of distortion at the loudest part of the song, but it isn't very much, and doesn't last long, and this is still my favorite song I've ever made.

This song is the second song I started working on when I started music and grew into so much more than just a part of my beginnings. The original idea was to make a song that was 10 minutes long or more. That was the only goal, and although I didn't quite achieve that, this song is still the most beautiful thing I've made. This is my most cherished song and gives me the most nostalgic feel personally. So much went into making this song compared to the other ones, and I get so many memories from each part of this piece. 

When I first started making this song, I was just learning how to even browse the synth menu, and I learned what bass and EQ was.

After that, there was the time that I flew to California to visit my dad and cousins for a couple of weeks. There, I was extremely inspired, and made many parts of the song. Parts of the beginning of the song to the end were actually made in California, but when I returned to Idaho is when I went back and changed things. That metal clang sound heard throughout the song is actually me dropping a pen onto a metal spoon, and that weird sound at the transition part at the beginning is me pulling tape when I was helping my dad with a construction job. The ambient part in the middle was actually my dad's dishwasher, and the microwave sound was the microwave and air-fryer where I was making corndogs. I recorded that to add some ambience to the song, but I unintentionally recorded the beginning of the song as I was recording the dishwasher and quickly turned off the song. When I listened back to the recording, it actually sounded really cool and so I kept it in.

When I got back from my visit, I showed my mom the piano section at the end, and she actually cried a little.

My friend Austin helped greatly, since he was very acquainted with the Jazz scale, and helped inspire me to create that Jazzy sounding section near the beginning around 3:35.

I was very inspired by Joe Hawley for this song (I was addicted to Tally Hall and Joe Hawley at this time) and the whole theme of the song, that being sleep (you can tell by the name of the song), was inspired by his song: "Go To Bed". That song in my opinion, is the best representation of what sleep actually feels like when you are first starting to drift off until you go into REM, that is what I tried to make the song feel like. (And yes, there is a Minecraft section at the end, because it was nostalgic for me.)

Rising Moon

The first one includes that orchestral bit in the beginning, and that drop afterwards; they are just two separate parts of the same song, so it seems like two different songs. The song after the first one is my first project ever in Ableton (after using FL Studio Mobile for about a year), and the last song was an experiment I made that kinda sounded like a video game cave soundtrack to me (like going underground in a 2D platformer such as Terraria or something). All of these songs may take a bit to be released, but I just thought that I'd upload this right now. The second song will probably be the first to be released.

I like music, video games (Geometry Dash mainly), and art. School has kind of taken over my life which has now turned into monotony, but hopefully I'll be able to take control and work on music some time soon!
