Given the honour of opening one of NZ's best kept little festivals, I wanted to pour my heart in to the 2 hours gifted to me. 
Combining some of my favourite tracks with a smattering of my own unreleased music this was a personal journey. 
I hope you enjoy listening to it it as much as I did making it.

The first chapter of a new series focused on our daily soundtrack, we’re pleased to present “A Day At PPP”.

Music, once admitted to the soul, becomes a sort of spirit, and never dies. Jimeno’s musical spirit has been a part of him since his early days, allowing rhythms and melodies to become the protagonists in his creative life. His mixes, including this live set recorded at Papaya Playa Project, are guided by this principle, bringing his innermost emotions forwards to take listeners on a musical journey.

Who are these guys, you ask? Two supremely talented DJ/Producers from Germany (where else?). Bespoke Musik connected to these fine gents through a mutual friend, Luis Rosenberg, who graced us with his fantastic, thoughtful, intricate, intelligent and thoroughly gorgeous mix last year... Creating a lush, rich soundscape that weaves in and out of various genres with ease throughout this nearly 2 hour mix, Philipp and Max produce what we already consider one of the finest, freshest and most creative mixes we've featured.

Bio:

Both having roots in Western Germany (or Nordrheinwestfalen, if you’re able to pronounce that), Philipp Fein and Max Schmitt found ancient techno Mecca Cologne to be their chosen home. It’s in that city where they started fruitful collaborations with like-minded beings as Johannes Klingebiel, Alma & Mater, and not least... each other. Products of said collaborations are various and colorful, be it music (of course), underground warehouse raves (the most sought after in the city), labels (namely "Ancient Future Now" and "Feines Tier“), or the opening of a new club (which will happen very soon). Keep your ears peeled for them.

Bespoke Musik Radio 029 : Philipp Fein + Max Schmitt

Naki & Katy first caught the ears of Sunset Grooves with their wonderful sets in Tulum and Burning Man. A couple based out in New York who get inspired based on their surroundings and the places they travel to in the future. As a result they have put together an exceptional mix full of Brazilian vocals and South American influences as they plan their next trip to Brazil. This mix will get you warm in the inside as you travel with Naki & Katy on their South American musical journey.
