Max and Glenn will celebrate the album release in the UK at Dance Tunnel in London on 19th May and 20th May in Brighton at Patterns (alongside Letherette and Throwing Shade) as part of The Great Escape. The following week sees them back in Berlin for what will surely be an amazing session at Panorama Bar on 28th May.

One of Italy’s finest purveyors of jazzy and soulful house beats, Academy alumnus Broke One, returns this February with a new EP. ‘This Thing Called Reality’ collects four tasteful takes on Big Bait Records’ random color series with 555 individually colored records. “Don’t Fight the Feeling,” the second groove on the record’s A-side, is built around Herbie Hancock’s musings on what he learned about mistakes from Miles Davis. The tune itself bears strong traces of a jazz signature and will slide nicely into your crates next to the likes of Max Graef and Theo Parrish.

I Can See, the second transmission from Harvey Sutherland’s upcoming 12”, increases the intensity from the broken beat cinemascope of first single Amethyst. Like its predecessor, it features Kahlil Memphis on drums. A fractured jungle excursion with moments of thundering energy and an undeniable UK spirit, the track's inspiration is rooted in a visceral hallucination; the feeling of climbing a never-ending staircase, each step drawing you closer to the light. I Can See draws to a close with the fitting together of a beautifully complex puzzle, before a cut to black.
