Beau and I met in the Baauer discord via the Bop Battles - I was always in awe of his extreme mix of uptempo/hardcore/whatever you wanna call it. After matching up in the semi-finals of the Bop Battle Championship (featuring all the past winners of the battles), we started this extreme metal fusion of our favorite stuff. We didn't discuss much in terms of conceptualization or technique making this one - just let the 200 BPM magic do its thing.
