The label boss of both Float records and OOM Records pioneers a forward-thinking approach to electronic music; nodding to the past while looking towards the future, he has found a fusion of grooviness and grittiness that never grows old. There’s a good chance you already know about this guy, but if you don’t… get to know! He’s single handedly re-defining the soundscape of techno and electronic music as we know it with his punchy non-traditional basslines for the genre. This mix is giving dark, groovy, bouncy and danceable Techno that will get you up on your feet and moving! 

With a strong catalogue of releases, including features on labels such as K92, Noah Tauber has recently started to build a name for himself playing out in London and Berlin. We’re very excited to see how things progress for Noah and feel privileged to have him as our first guest.

The following series was founded to acknowledge producers for their influence on shaping the sound in the electronic music genre while simultaneously showcasing the distinctive musical style of each artist, featuring both released and unreleased music in an all-original podcast format.

K92 aims to reintroduce a sense of mystery surrounding artists by bringing back the focus on the music itself and creating a blank slate for listeners to develop their own interpretations. As a result, the sets on this platform do not include any press photographs or biographies. Instead, each set has been personally signed by the artist to complete their signature sound.

The Sound Of: Augusto Taito

Kazu is a Japanese techno artist who presents hipnotic sounds. He was interested in percussive and hipnotic sounds from a young age, which led him to become a techno DJ and producer. He hosts various events in Tokyo, Japan and also plays at various famous venues in Japan. He is currently concentrating on creating his own sound and groove.
