Peter Njoroge aka Fasbolt is a dance hall music artist with a keen eye of taking over the Kenya as well as international music scene with a storm. Born in kericho and raised in Nairobi's Zimmerman estate, Fasbolt believes that nothing is impossible in this world. The first born in a family of five, Fasbolt discovered his passion for music while still at a tender age.He used to sing at his local church and still lives the dream.While growing he used to compose hip hop songs but was ironically an ardent fan of reggae and dance hall music with Gregory Isaacs,Shaggy & Shaba Ranks topping the list of his favorite artists.Funny enough,he ended up doing dance hall music over his preferred Hip Hop genre.
In the year 2005, Fasbolt in collaboration with Martin Kolen aka "Veegada" and Shally-G (Sister to the latter) formed a dancehall group they christened "SHAVEEFA" an acronym of their stage names (SHALLY,VEGADA,FASBOLT). Together,they chucked out five songs and are still recording more.Among their most popular tracks are Habibi and Jennifer that received massive air play in Radio and T.V.
Early in the year 2014, Fasbolt decided to go solo following the departure of Veegada to his native South Sudan with Shally-G taking a break from music to pursue her tertiary education. Fasbolt however maintains that the group is still intact despite the minor shortcomings.
Since then,Fasbolt has composed four songs with "Gal Dem Love" becoming his first solo single to be recorded .The single which was produced by Arkish Pro of studio 44 has exceeded expectation as not only does it receive massive airplay in the local FM stations but in East Africa and the world beyond as well
