On May 26, the second chapter of House of Desires was held at Zenith Club 360 in the emblematic Skyfall Club of the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower.

To open the night, Barcelona deejay @alandorve gave us a 50' set where he warmed up the atmosphere from the sounds of nu disco to ending with the good groove of techno house, to complete an hour of session as a bonus track he added a house classic. That brings back great memories!
In short, a set that at the gates of a new summer will not leave anyone indifferent! Enjoy it!

BSV: Hello Lanna! First of all, we want to thank you for this mixtape. It is a privilege to interview and host such a talented young person / artist. Welcome to the team of visionaries!
LANNA: Thanks for having me! And big thanks for the kind words. Hope you enjoy the mix! 😊

BSV: It’s hard to believe that you are a teenager while we listen to your music. Really? How is that possible?
LANNA: Haha, I get that a lot! Electronic music has been playing in my house since I was little. I joined a DJ-ing school at the age of twelve and instantly fell in love with vinyls. But honestly, back then, I didn’t have a clue that “Lanna“ would become an artistic project on this level so fast. I’m loving every moment of it!

BSV: You started with music production recently and if we listen to ’’My Journey’’ track we notice influences of different genres. How would you describe the sound that you are playing?
LANNA: I approach music production with a clear idea of how I want the track to sound. I draw inspiration from various sources, such as my emotions, experiences, the artists I look up to and the mood I want to convey. This serves as a guiding force throughout the creative process. 

BSV: After this year's EXIT Festival performance at Dance Arena you stand out as a rising star of the global electronic music scene. What can you say about this experience from 3 weeks ago?
LANNA: The thing I enjoy the most is watching and feeling the crowd as they feel me and the music I play, and that exchange of the energy at EXIT Festival was next level. I deeply believe that you can communicate so much more through music than with words or any other medium. This was my third performance at EXIT Festival, and the first at the iconic Dance Arena. It was absolutely awe-inspiring, no words can describe it! 

BSV: We saw some news about another competition that you won and that you are going to Las Vegas to play some music there. Tell us something about that.
LANNA: Yes, that’s right! It all started when the LMF festival announced a DJ competition at the beginning of April. Little did I know that out of over 120 talented young DJs from all over the world, my mix would be selected! And to make things even more exciting, it opened doors to an incredible trip to Las Vegas! I can't believe I'll have the chance to play at one of the clubs there. It's yet another dream come true! 😊 

BSV: Being in the Beatport top 100 chart is a huge success for a first release. How did you connect with the famous British producer?
LANNA: Yes, it's been an incredible achievement, especially since this EP made me the youngest producer to reach the Beatport Top 100 list! My collaboration with Sebastian Haas began in 2021 after I played one of his tracks at EXIT festival’s NSNS Stage. He took notice of my work and reached out to me with the idea to create a track together. I shared several project ideas with him, and we settled on two that we developed together. Working with him was amazing, and it resulted in a progressive-house EP I’m very proud of. We’ve just finished two more tracks, but in a slightly different genre, and you’ll get to hear them very soon! 

BSV: Favorite artists / producers at the moment?
LANNA: Oh, that's a tough one! I have so much respect for all my DJ colleagues, and it's hard to pick just one favorite artist or producer. There are so many talented individuals out there, and I love exploring and discovering new music from various artists. It's an exciting time in the electronic music scene, and I'm constantly inspired by the creativity and talent of my peers.
