“Long Live Tony” is me speaking straight from the pain. I wrote this song after losing someone I loved to a tragic car accident—someone who was here one moment and gone the next. The lyrics come from the shock, the anger, and the heartbreak of realizing his children were left behind, forced to grow up without their father, asking questions I don’t have answers for.

In this track, I’m processing the loss in real time. I’m talking to Tony, talking to God, and talking to myself. I’m carrying the weight of knowing his kids will only have memories, pictures, and stories instead of his voice and his touch. Every bar is a reflection of grief, survivor’s guilt, and the promise I made to keep his name alive.

The chorus is my vow: Tony didn’t die in vain. His spirit lives through his children, through us, and through this song. “Long Live Tony” is more than mourning—it’s me honoring a life, protecting a legacy, and turning pain into purpose so his name is never forgotten.

This song is about giving my life to a relationship and being abandoned and betrayed..when I needed support the most. I was loyal, patient, and stayed through the pain, but when things got dark, I was told to “figure it out” instead of being helped. That moment changed everything.

I wrote this from the place where love turns cold and survival becomes personal. I was betrayed, left alone, and forced to carry weight that wasn’t meant for one person. While I was drowning, they watched. Until I finally stood back up.

“Figure It Out” is not a victory lap—it’s a record of endurance. It’s about learning how to save yourself when the person you trusted disappears, and realizing that sometimes the same people who break you will come back once they see you moving forward.
