MAKING PEACE

My submission to Hans Zimmer's Bleeding Fingers Contest. I begin with a recitative-like violin solo based off of the main melody that transitions into a recomposed and re-orchestrated main theme. I incorporated strings as a counterpuntal texture as opposed to an accompaniment. To give the piece more momentum, I changed the time signature to 6/8 with a faster BPM. I used the synth, voice and percussion stems. The piece begins with etherial qualities that transforms into a triumphant chorus of horns, strings, and percussion. In terms of emotional conveyance and the build/release of tension, this piece is a musical metamorphosis.

Der Titel ist die Opening Sequenz von dem von mir bearbeiteten Hörspiel "Hochstapler", welches Bestandteil der Abschlussprüfung im Fach Medienkomposition und Klassische Musikaufnahme (Wortproduktion)am Institut für Musik und Medien in Düsseldorf war.

This track is the opening title sequence of the audio drama "Hochstapler" which was part of my module examination in media composition and classic recording (voice production) at the institute of music and media at duesseldorf.
