"Sleep Is A Burden" is about staying up from moonlight to sunrise and braving the dark in between. The night is where people lose their faith in the light most often. It's the time when our thoughts become most introspective and dangerous, taking us to places we avoid at all costs through drugs, sex, and other superficial escapes to help us sleep through life. 

As an introvert and a night owl, Kai.oti thrives the most in the latest hours and even after a turbulent year losing loved ones and working through shortcomings, he has continued to grow, as we naturally do in the night. We feel most alone in the dark, but that's when our connection to God and the godliness inside us is strongest. It's also the time when our connection to each other can guide us through the dark so that we reach the daylight together. All you have to do is stay woke. #SleepIsABurden
