Hi there! 
This past winter, Popof released a remix EP of 'Serenity', one of my favorite songs of all time – I almost couldn't believe which artists he had chosen to do those remixes – almost all of them were icons to me when I started producing and had such a big influence on my taste and productions that I couldn't imagine my musical sphere without them.

To honor this song, which is so close to perfection for me that it's just awe-inspiring to think about the process behind its making, I immediately started to do my own remix of the song. I'd had this idea in mind for a pretty long time, but this EP was the reason I found the courage to just go for it, sit down, find the chords and create my own version. 

Even though it was such a fun process, it took me long to be satisfied with the final result. So I've produced many songs since this past winter, but in between I always used to get back to my serenity remix to make minor modifications here and there, never completely happy. But now I think it's time to close that chapter and show you what it sounds like. 
I tried to connect Popof's emotion with mine adding some melodies surrounding the original chords, which I didn't want to change at any all, but rather use to build something new on. Less laidback, but overcoming the original's serene stance to open up for all that's there.  

I really hope you like the result, I'd also be extremely happy if you let me know about your thoughts on the track.

The cover says it all: It's a dark and moody affair this time. The first track "Narzisst" steps up to its name and represents unambiquity in all its facets, lead synths combined with pulsating basslines sucking the audience in leaving their marks without further ado and with no mercy. "Nathan" then spices up the EP adding some melancholy to the mist whilst keeping the pace straight and rhythmical. "Homecoming" concludes the EP with some sort of groovy relief grounding all emotions provoked.

Hey everyone,
so, after years of producing and even releasing,  this seems to be the very first EP  to upload for me. Needless to say, this time my music does not revolve solely around certain feelings of my everyday life, but rather helped me process my semester abroad, which happened to take place in Alaska of all places. 

The title track Alaska is probably one of my most simple, but in my opinion most clear and distinct ones. The basic idea of the track came to my mind when I did my first solo hike in Alaska, which enabled me to open my heart to its beauty. I've never experienced such vastness. It was wild and and at the same time calm, intimidating and at the same time inviting. To cut long story short, it's always been more than I could understand and put into words. To me,  it seems to be one of the last few places on earth where mankind is still subordinate to nature, and this is what makes this place the most beautiful I've been to.  I hope this song is able to give you a glimpse of what Alaska's like and maybe even encourages you to give it a chance to be the destination of your next holidays.

The second track, other than "Alaska", which I produced back home in Germany, was produced in Alaska and focusses more on the rough downsides of staying abroad, of Alaska's cold and darkness and the fact that everything's new and overwhelming. This is by the way the first song where I used my own voice for bringing a message across, which is why I'm highly interested in your feedback. I hope you enjoy!

I Just joined the remix-competition for Max Cooper's "Pleasures". 
I only took the vocals from the Original Mix, all the rest is part of my personal interpretation of this track. I intended to create an atmosphere shaped by melancholy as well as by some positive passion, combined with some more "clubby" elements. I hope you like it and enjoy listening!
