This month's music mix is made by Copenhagen-based Kajsa Lindström. We discovered this little gem when she was living in Malmö, hosting the legendary Kiloton with Crime City's most active Per Hammar. You might also know her from the duo Haidl & Lindstrøm, where the two of them played more disco and house. Nowadays you find her alone in the both, playing a more deeper and more minimal groove. A groove that suits her perfectly and made us fall in love with her — again!

We are excited to end this year’s podcast series with the Swedish, Copenhagen based DJ and friend of Block3, Kajsa Lindström.

Kajsa is an active member of the Malmö scene where she runs the renowned Kiloton events alongside Per Hammar. In Copenhagen she plays regularly at venues like Culture Box, Jolene, Joy Bar, as well as the KUNE Festival.

With her strong track selection and minimal grooves, she gives us the perfect mix to brighten up these cold times and sets the bar up for next year. The podcast is a cut from what Kajsa played at Culture Box’s reopening weekend on 2nd of September 2021.

In her sets, she journeys through rolling basslines, atmospheric soundscapes, driving beats, quirky moods and percussive textures — always aiming for seamless yet captivating blends.

Over the past decade, Kajsa has played at and hosted club nights in Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Stockholm as well as her hometown Malmö, where she heads up the local institution Kiloton with Per Hammar.
